The text of the letter indicates the clause or clauses of the contract which is/are proposed to be amended or deleted.

In the letter it is assumed that the proposed amendments require written approval by both Parties.

The letter is in Word format so that the sender's and recipient's details can easily be inserted and adapted to each situation. If the file is in PDF format it can also be sent by email.
