Letter Proposing Amendments to Contract

Beschreibung

Letter model in which one of the Parties proposes amendment(s) to the other Party in a contract which is being negotiated.

The letter is enclosed with the contract containing the added amendments, together with the former version in which the amendments are highlighted in red.

The other Party is requested that if he agrees with the proposed amendments he should send a copy of the contract signed.

The letter is in Word format so that the sender's and recipient's details can easily be inserted and adapted to each situation. If the file is in PDF format it can also be sent by email.
