Letter Enclosing Contract for Signature (Spanish)

Beschreibung

Letter model enclosing a contract that is already prepared for signature.

The letter is for contracts which are going to be signed privately (most of them) and which are not going to be notarised.

Two copies of the contract are enclosed with the letter, already signed by the Party sending them. A period is given for the other Party to send one of the two copies signed.

The letter is in Word format so that the sender's and recipient's details can easily be inserted and adapted to each situation. If the file is in PDF format it can also be sent by email.
