Contract for International Service Provider

The Contract for International Service Provider determines the commercial relationship arising from the supply of services from one party (Service Provider) to the other (Client) when these are located in different countries.

The contract is drafted in a way that can be used for the supply of a wide range of services: business management, engineering, technology, software and web services, advertising and design, marketing research, education and training, etc. For international consulting services the model of International Consulting Contract should be used.

In the most important aspects of the agreement (duration, terms of payment, expenses, obligations of the Service Provider, applicable law and competent jurisdiction, etc.) a number of alternatives have been provided, for the most appropriate one to be selected according to who writes the contract (the Service Provider or the Client).

The language of this contract is English. It is available also in Spanish.

This International Services Contract is suitable for companies based in different countries. If the Service Provider and the Customer are based in the same country the Services Contract should be used.
